Paskenta Tribal Complex - Community & Administration Buildings
Corning, CA
The Tribal Council of the Paskenta Indians wanted to construct their Tribal Complex, they turned to The Projects Group (TPG) to serve as Owner’s Representative and Project Manager on the multiple-phase implementation of the project. The campus includes an Administration Center, Community Center, Fitness Center, and housing.
TPG collaborated with numerous Tribal, Federal, State, County, and City stakeholders to achieve the primary goal of the project which was to construct the 11,000 SF Complex that offers programs for Tribal members in education, cultural enrichment, and health/wellness. The Complex also houses the Tribe's administrative staff.
